  • Vista Del Verde's partners have dedicated the 219-acre public course to the city, who now has ownership of the land

  • Course will provide a buffer area to better protect local homes from wildland fires
  • Preliminary market studies anticipate the golf course should enhance local property values
  • Course design conforms to all wildlife permit obligations and will blend seamlessly with natural areas through habitat conservation and revegetation fitted into the golf course corridor.

Toll Brothers, Shea Homes, and Pardee Homes are building the four neighborhoods that make up Village Three. For Village Four, partners Toll Brothers and Aera Energy will select builders from among the best homebuilders in Southern California.  Currently, Village Four builders include Toll Brothers and MBK Homes.  Toll Brothers, William Lyon, Shea Homes, D.R.
